2016 Goals

Primary goals (committed to on January 5, 2016)

Bench: 10×10 100kgs (currently at 105×4 four rep max, and 75kgs 10×10)

Deadlift: 200kgs (last one rep max attempt at 167.5kgs  on October 21st, but started year with 10×152.5kgs)

Snatch: 90kgs (current 1 rep max at 85kgs)

Backsquat: 150kgs (currently 140-142.5kgs)

Karen: 7:30

These will take a lot of dedicated work each week this year.  Bring it on!!!
